The Raw food diet is composed of unheated food, or food warmed to a temperature less than 104 °F (40 °C) to 115 °F (46 °C). Equipment needed - A dehydrator, a juice extractor for juicing fruit and vegetables,  blender, food processor, or chopper. Large glass containers to soak and sprout seeds, grains, and beans.Mason jars for storing sprouts and other food. Most raw food diets are not really diets but efforts to promote vegan diets that do not allow heated or cooked food. Not suitable for children, the elderly and certain people with digestive or other problems.

A healthier lifestyle and long term weight loss which can be maintained.  Regimen hard to follow and hard to adhere to if adopted wholly without a gradual introduction to a normal diet.
