DAY DIET Description
Another "fad" diet thats been around for 23 years. Sometimes erroneously dubbed the Cleveland Clinic Diet. The diet spells out very specifically what to eat and what not to eat. Rigorous adherence to the plan required for weight loss promises to take effect. Exercise not a part of the plan. No documentation exists as to how the 3 Day Diet food combinations burn fat, increase energy, cleanse the body, or lower cholesterol. The diet lasts 3 days but can be repeated with four day intervals of normal eating interspersed. Weight loss probably due to water elimination. Promises 10 lbs in 3 days (see comment above). Promoted by General circulation on the Internet and by people copying or faxing it to friends.
